Our smallest are the biggest

Our portfolio of chemical standard pumps in accordance with ISO2858 and ISO5199 for chemical and process engineering has been greatly expanded in recent months and extended by several sizes and variants. Special mention should be made of the pump sizes below the standard specifications. The relevant ISO 2858 standard starts with DN32 discharge nozzles, but we start with DN15 suction and discharge nozzles for our standardised chemical pumps in the CNP series!

This allows us to supply a complete product range, with pumps in DN15, DN20 and DN25 (1/2‘, 3/4’ and 1″), for systems with the smallest flow rates. At the same time, these mini-CNPs use the standardised nominal impeller diameters of 125, 200, 250 and 315 mm, which allows delivery heads of up to 160m.

For example, typical application scenarios include laboratory applications, measurement and analysis systems, auxiliary units or even complete prototype/test systems.

By incorporating these small pumps into our chemical standard pump series, the following basic characteristics are fully maintained:

  • Pumps can be supplied with a free shaft end, on a base plate with a spacer coupling or as a block pump variant
  • Different variants are available for the seal, from internal single seals and single or double cartridge seals to magnetic couplings with a completely sealed safety chamber (secondary containment).
  • Impellers have the highest efficiency levels because they are engineered with full software support.
  • We use high-performance, oil-lubricated bearings equipped with cylindrical roller bearings and angular ball bearings. This significantly exceeds the standard specifications for bearing service life, so that in some cases over 100,000 operating hours are possible without bearing replacement.
  • Casing pressures are up to 25 bar depending on the material (up to 40 bar for individual sizes) and special versions are also available in pressure ratings up to 250 bar.
  • Flanges are designed in accordance with EN 1092-1/2 and can alternatively be drilled in accordance with ANSI B16.5.
  • The available materials include a variety of materials, including simple grey or cast iron, stainless and duplex steels as well as special materials such as hastelloy, inconell or titanium.

Our mini chemical standard pumps allow you to perform even the smallest pumping applications perfectly, with the quality and reliability promised by chemical standard pumps in accordance with ISO 2858/5199.

We look forward to receiving enquiries about your exciting projects!
